SHIPPING LOCATIONS

All orders are fulfilled from one of two locations:

1. Our third-party warehouse in Omaha, Nebraska, USA (most products)
2. Direct from our manufacturer in China (select new products — noted on the product page)

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We currently ship to the following countries and regions:

- United States (continental US, Alaska, Hawaii)

- United Kingdom

- Canada

- Australia

- New Zealand

- Most of Europe (including Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, and more)

If your country is not listed and you'd like to place an order, please contact us at info@erehere.com before purchasing.

SHIPPING TIMES & COSTS

From US Warehouse (most products):

- Standard Shipping (Free on orders over $40): 3–7 business days

- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (additional cost calculated at checkout)

From China Warehouse (select new products):

- Standard International Shipping: 7–14 business days

- Products shipped from China are clearly noted on the product page

International Orders (UK, Canada, Australia, NZ, Europe):

- Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days after dispatch

- Free shipping on orders over $40 USD

- Customs duties and import taxes: Included in your order total — no surprise charges at delivery

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

- Orders placed before 12:00 PM CST (Monday–Friday): Processed same business day

- Orders placed after 12:00 PM CST or on weekends/holidays: Processed next business day

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also track your order anytime at: erehere.com/pages/track-your-order

Tracking numbers are typically available 1–2 business days after your order date.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@erehere.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date. Include your order number and photos of any damage.
