Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at info@erehere.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in the following cases:
- The item arrived damaged or defective
- You received the wrong item
In the above cases, we will cover the return shipping costs and ship a replacement at no charge. Please contact us with a photo of the issue within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please note: Erehere is a UK-registered company (EREHERE SALES LIMITED, UK Company No. 16567291) that operates its fulfillment and returns through a third-party warehouse in the United States. This is why the return address is in the US.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can resolve the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Items returned after the 30-day window
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, place a new order for the correct item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note your bank may take additional time to post the credit.
